Our Hampton by Hilton hotel, London City was all about boosting the value of a site in a part of London where demand is sky high.

We purchased an existing 110-room hotel, but we knew that with an intelligent planning strategy, we could make so much more of this prime plot. Our team got to work, and we successfully gained planning permission to renovate the existing hotel and add a new-build extension that would deliver an extra 168 rooms.

On top of the 278 rooms, the new-look hotel will include a dining room, meeting areas and a gym fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
